About

Built to do the part everyone else skips.

Palaris is a senior team that moves established firms from how they work now onto AI - end to end.

Oliver Blantern, founder of Palaris

Firms were spending on AI tools, consultants and automation - and skipping the foundational work that decides whether any of it delivers. The shape was identical across investment firms, advisory practices and professional services: the people who understood the business couldn't build the technology, the people who could build didn't understand it, and nothing connected them.

Oliver Blantern has spent over a decade on both sides of that gap. Years inside institutional finance and professional-services operations - in the rooms where firms hire, decide and place capital - learning how these businesses actually run and why so few of them change. Then founding and scaling an AI company of his own across the US, UK and Africa: deal-flow platforms and origination-to-reporting automation, built for real institutions at scale, not demos. A law degree that still earns its keep on compliance-heavy work.

That combination is rare on purpose. Most people who understand how a finance or advisory firm thinks have never built software; most who can build have never sat in those rooms. Oliver has done both - which is why Palaris can read the real problem beneath the stated one, and actually build the system to solve it.

The team

Palaris brings a senior team of highly skilled engineers. Not a list of tools, not automation builders - the judgment to know which one a problem actually needs. Depth across every part that decides whether this works:

Working out where AI creates real value for your firm - and where it doesn't - then designing the system to deliver it.

  • Diagnosing where AI genuinely creates value - and where it doesn't
  • Finding the real problem beneath the stated one
  • Designing the system architecture: data, models, how it connects
  • Picking the right tools, models and infrastructure for the job
  • A straight read on what's feasible and what it'll take
  • Sequencing the build: what to ship first, and in what order
How we start

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a pitch. If it's the right fit, Palaris will say so. If it isn't, you'll hear that too.

Start with a conversation.
